Sassy is an Australian Kelpie/Doberman cross. She is a runner and a thinker. She loves to play with her master Richard McLeod when she can and during her workday she is the station mascot at fire station #248, on the West Coast of Canada. But Sassy isn't just a stay at the station kind of a mascot. If there is nobody around to do the rescues that need to be done, then Sassy is not afraid to put her life on the line and do the rescuing herself! As the Sassy Saga continues, she will emerge to be one of the bravest and most courageous dogs in the world.
